Gregory J. Lederman, Esq.

Greg Lederman has been practicing law for 25 years. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate, Trust and Probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. His practice is devoted almost exclusively to litigating trust and estate disputes. Greg is also a part-time Deputy City Attorney for the City of Los Angeles, where he works as a prosecutor. Greg tries jury trial cases as a prosecutor about two to three months per year. His work as a prosecutor has afforded him the experience to actually understand how a trial works practically, not just conceptually.

Greg utilizes his experience as a litigator to also help personal injury attorneys settle catastrophic injury disputes by creating special needs trusts, conservatorships and statutory minor trusts.
