Susanne B. Cohen

Susanne B. Cohen is a partner with Hahn & Hahn LLP in Pasadena. She works with clients in estate and special needs planning and trusts, estates and conservatorship administration and litigation matters. With over thirty years of probate court practice, Susanne represents clients in trusts and estate, conservatorship and elder financial abuse litigation and in other court supervised cases. She brings an experienced, pragmatic and compassionate approach to helping clients navigate often challenging and contested matters with a focus on good outcomes.

Since starting out as a legal aid lawyer, Susanne’s work has been focused on helping people who are aging and people with disabilities maintain optimum independence and quality of life; assisting their fiduciaries, families and friends who provide them with support; and in securing their legal rights and remedies. She is an author for CEB and Matthew Bender and a frequent presenter on topics in her practice areas. She received her B.A. from Vassar College and her J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.
