Debby S. Doitch

Debby Doitch is a Shareholder at KJMLAW Partners whose practice focuses on
probate and trust litigation, conservatorships, guardianships, fiduciary disputes, and
estate administration. Since 2009, she has represented trustees, beneficiaries,
fiduciaries, creditors, conservators, and families in a wide range of contested and
uncontested probate matters throughout California.

Drawing on a litigation background that also includes complex business, real estate,
employment, and family law disputes, Ms. Doitch brings a practical, strategic approach
to resolving sensitive matters involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, and vulnerable
beneficiaries. She regularly represents clients in mediation, arbitration, and court
proceedings, helping families and fiduciaries navigate challenging legal issues while
working toward efficient and effective resolutions.

Ms. Doitch’s practice also includes guardianship and conservatorship matters, where
she works closely with families, professional fiduciaries, financial advisors, and other
professionals to help protect individuals who require ongoing care and financial
oversight. She has extensive experience with trust and probate litigation, Heggstad
petitions, trustee disputes, estate administration, and financial elder abuse matters.

Ms. Doitch earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University,
Northridge, and her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law. She is
admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District
Court for the Central District of California.
