Event Details

A 3-day California event dedicated to the education of the professionals who plan for persons with disabilities and administer special needs trusts. The conference will educate professionals on identifying public benefit and administration issues for persons with disabilities and provide multiple options and viewpoints on resolving these issues. The program will benefit experienced professionals and those just starting out. There will be multiple opportunities to meet with experts on all aspects of special needs planning and administration to ensure the attendee moves towards mastery of this complex but rewarding field.

We are dedicated to making the 2024 Symposium experience as amazing as years past with the same caliber of educational content, networking opportunities, and speakers you know and love. The 2024 Symposium is scheduled as a hybrid event with options to attend in person or virtually.

Professional attendees can obtain up to a total of 21.5 CLE/CE for California attorneys and California Professional Fiduciaries. This includes 11 credits in regular sessions PLUS complimentary 2 hours of Ethics credits and a bonus 2-hour special needs program to be viewed at your convenience via recorded webinar plus an option of 6.5 credits of attorney/fiduciary pre-session live specialty courses.

Please submit all requests to cancel booth space or sponsorships for the 2026 Special Needs Planning Symposium in writing to Moving to Mastery. You should email the written notice to Maddie@MovingtoMastery.com. For cancellations received on or before December 15, 2025, a refund will be issued minus a $500 administrative fee.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after December 15, 2025.

Moving to Mastery values its sponsors and exhibitors and is committed to fostering a professional and mission-aligned event experience. To that end, we reserve the right to adjust sponsorships or exhibits if necessary to maintain the Symposium’s integrity, tone, and objectives. In rare cases, this may include modifying or discontinuing an exhibit or sponsorship if it is determined to be out of alignment with the overall goals of the event. Should this occur, no refunds will be issued, and Moving to Mastery will not be responsible for any associated costs incurred by the sponsor or exhibitor.
