Judge Hubbard was the first sole practitioner in elder law elevated to the bench. She was assigned to Family Law Department and presided over countless OSC’s and trials as well as handling the elder and dependent adult requests for restraining orders.
In 2013, she moved to the Probate Department, taking the elder and dependent adult requests for restraining orders to that department. Judge Hubbard presided over those calendars, trust and accounting calendars, general conservatorship calendars, limited conservatorship calendars as well as court trials in all the aforementioned areas. Judge Hubbard was in probate until her retirement.
