Joe is Vice President of Business Development at Medivest. Medivest is a leading
provider of settlement solutions that assist settling parties remain in compliance
with Medicare Secondary Payer obligations including Lien Resolution, Custodial
Accounts and Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs). He is a frequent speaker on MSP
compliance around the country. Joe’s expertise covers both the workers’
compensation & liability arena with experience working on single event cases to
class action lawsuits. Prior to Medivest Joe worked with a national structured
settlement planning firm dedicated to providing analysis, design and
implementation of periodic payment packages in the resolution of personal injury
and wrongful death litigation as well as innovative attorney fee structures
relevant to class action, taxable damages and other non-traditional structured
settlement cases. Joe serves on the National Structured Settlement Trade
Association (NSSTA) Special Needs Task Force as well as the National Alliance of
Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) Liability MSA Committee. He
currently holds his CMSP designation as well as AU designation, and is currently
working on his RSP.
