Janie Mulrain has been licensed as an California Professional Fiduciary since 2014 handling post death probate and trust administration, conservatorships, and management of various trusts. With over 25 years’ of public finance advisory, investment banking, and corporate finance experience, she leverages her knowledge to provide assistance to families with management of their financial matters. Coupled with her personal experience in working with special needs families, she takes great pride in advocating for our most vulnerable segment of society and takes interest in staying abreast of various public policy, advocacy and attainment of support services that are of benefit to her clients.

In addition to her California professional fiduciary license, she is also a National Certified Guardian and a paralegal specializing in estate and trust administration, conservatorship, and elder law.  Janie’s industry related memberships include Professional Fiduciary Association of California, National Guardian Association, American Association of Daily Money Managers, and the Orange County Bar Association.  Her passion includes speaking and volunteering in various local organizations serving the special needs community, serves as a Consultant to Orange County Financial Abuse Specialist Team, past co-chair of Estate Planning/Probate/Elder Law section of Orange County Paralegal Association, past board member, treasurer and vice chair of a non-profit 501c3, and received an commendation for service on City of Fullerton’s Investment Advisory Committee.
