Mr. Lederman is a Certified Specialist in Estate, Trust and Probate by the California Board of Legal Specializations. He has been in practice for 18 years. His practice focuses exclusively on estate, trust and probate matters, with a primary emphasis on assisting personal injury attorneys settle their cases by creating special needs trusts, statutory minor trusts, conservatorships and guardianships. Currently, Mr. Lederman has over 100 cases under the supervision of the court within the state of California.
