Gregory J. Lederman heads the Trust and Probate Litigation department at Rodnunsky & Associates. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate, Trust, and Probate by the California Board of Legal Specialization. His practice is limited exclusively to estate, trust, and probate matters, emphasizing special needs planning. He specifically assists personal injury attorneys in settling their cases by creating special needs trusts, statutory minors’ trusts, conservatorships, and guardianships. He has been practicing law for over 20 years.

Additionally, Mr. Lederman has extensive experience in litigating all estate, trust, and probate disputes, including trust contests, will contests, conservatorship disputes, fiduciary removal, fiduciary defense, and surcharge proceedings.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University, Northridge, and his JD degree from the University of La Verne, College of Law.
