Edward Donohue is a partner in the San Francisco office of Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP. Mr. Donohue represents insurance and financial services companies in litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Donohue handles professional liability defense and coverage matters. He is a co-author of “The Lawyer’s Desk Guide to Preventing Legal Malpractice” (ABA Standing Committee on Legal Malpractice 1999) and “E&O Insurance by Line of Business Exposure”, Chapter 11, Life and Health Insurance (Thompson Reuters 2014).Mr. Donohue also has extensive experience in handling directors and officers’ liability, employment, agents and brokers and financial institution bond claims. Mr. Donohue received his B.A. from Fordham University (1978) and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (1981). He is a member in good standing of the California and Texas State Bars.
